i was very happy leh...
today, jia en and i went to see art teacher Mr saz, i give him my art work(animation)
he tell me to draw tomgirl that dress up like guy, i pass to him alot of art work(nothing leftfor me:( )
den he select one of my anime, and tell me to drawon the ihg big board..haha
it is really fun to do work with jiaen and chuanhwee and alisha(alibaba)
just me and jia en doing that anime... i ws happy that cher selec me to join a club... dunnoe wad club i forget liao.. but nowstill happy abt that

*i want to thank god for this, that he given it to me. i was quite surprize with that too lar, cher ask me wad is my cca, and i told him choir, he was quite sad.. haha... den he tell me that if u got 2 cca, the second cca wouldnt have the point, but he tell mi, he will give me cip point.. yahhh!! i will get alot of point!! i was happy:)

Now, what is there that we can give to other people? what would you say?
sometimes a gift costs money. if it is a gift that you get at a store, you will have to pay for it.
so if you wand to give that kind of gift, you may have to save money until you have enough to buy the gift.

but not all gifts have to come from the stores. for exampe, on a hot day, a glass of cold water really tastes good. so when you give that gift to a person who is thirsty, you can have the happiness that comes from giving.

someday maybe you and your mother can bake cookies. that would be fun. but what could you do with some of those cookies that would make you even happier than eating all of them yourself? yes, you could make a gift of some of them to one of your friends. would you like to do that somtime?

jesus and his apostles all knew the happiness of giving. do you know what they gave to other people? it was the best thing in the world! they knew the truth about god, and they galdly shared this good news with others. they did this without letting anyone give them money for what they gave.

one day the apostle paul and his good friend the disciple luke met a woman who also wanted to have the happiness of giving. they met her down by river. paul and luke went there because they had heard that it was a place of prayer. and sure enough, when they arrived, they found some woman praying.

the way to be happy

We all like to be happy, don't we?
but not many people really are. do you know why?
It is because they have not learned the secret of happiness.
they think that getting a lot of things is the way to be happy. but when they get these things, their happiness does not last.

here is the important seceret. the great teacher said:
"there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving".(Acts 20:35)
So, what is the way to happy?
Yes, it is giving things to others and by doing things for them.
Did you know that?

let's think about this some more....
Did jesus say that a person who received a gift would not be happy?
NO, he didn't say that. you like to get gifts, don't you?
everybody does. we are happy when we receive nice things.

but jesus said that there is even more happiness when we give. so who would you say has given more things to people than anyone else?
yes, jehovah god.

the bible says that god
"gives to all persons life and breath and all things."
he gives us rains from heaven and the sunshine too, so that plants grow and we have food to eat. (Acts 14:17; 17:25)
no wonder the bible calls jehovah"the happy god"!! (1 timothy 1:11)
giving to others is one of the things that make god happy. and when we give, it can make us happy too.

we are settling something, zewaine dont want tell the truth...
i really V.very angry wif her.

i cant really help zewaine, but i try to talk to them highlight in blue

Interesting question. First of all, it is only fair to remember that by no means everybody is greedy. In fact, if you really look around everyone you know, I bet you will find that most of them are at least as much concerned with their families, friends, children etc, as they are with trying to gain material possessions. We are often told that humans are hopelessly selfish and grasping, always trying to grab things for themselves just like our ape ancestors; but is it really true?

I think most of us have a selfish and an unselfish side. If we are encouraged to be very materialistic and to measure happiness in terms of possessions, (as we are) then many of us will readily do that. But on the other hand, 9 out of 10 people, if convinced that someone needs their help -financial or any other kind -will give it

Two billion people cast into darkness as total eclipse crosses Asia

Tens of thousands of people — from renowned astrophysicists to farmers — descended on a muddy Indian village yesterday to watch the best solar eclipse of the 21st century from what was predicted to be one of the finest vantage points on the planet.

There was only one problem: when the key moment came, it was cloudy.

The luxuriously thick monsoon cloud cover that had formed over Taregna in northern India overnight obscured any view of the heavens from the moment “first contact” was made between the Moon’s shadow and the Sun to the point of totality — when the Sun was completely obscured and the sky turned black.

Over Taregna, where every rooftop was populated with throngs of spectators as the Sun appeared to set just an hour after rising, the eclipse lasted three minutes and 38 seconds. The descent into darkness was met with whooping and hollering from a massive crowd, who had spent an hour listening to a state-sponsored lecture seeking to dispel the belief that eclipses portend ill fortune.

But the return of daylight was met with bigger cheers.

The village is said to be where Aryabhatta, the most renowned Indian astronomer of antiquity, observed the heavens. Some believe that he invented the concept of “zero” here. He also made some of the earliest accurate predictions of when eclipses would occur.

Across the country millions had gathered. For the most part predictions of disaster did not come true, although a woman aged 65 was killed in a stampede at Varanasi, a city on the banks of the Ganges, where devout Hindus had gathered to bathe.

Thousands had also gathered at the ancient Altar of the Sun in Beijing, while hundreds of millions poured into streets across China to gaze as the sky darkened from the west of the country and along a track that followed the Yangtze River before slipping out to sea from Shanghai.

Shelagh Lester Smith, a Briton who had made the journey to Shanghai for the once-in-a-lifetime sight of such a long total eclipse, said: “It was very exciting. It felt like the end of the world had come.”

Anxious to avoid panic among farmers perplexed by the disappearance of the Sun or accidents as streets darkened, China’s State Council issued a directive to local government to take additional measures. They turned on streetlights and even provided special lighting at Shanghai Zoo in case animals took fright. The eclipse was visible in its totality over an area of China 250km (155 miles) wide and 10,000km (6,000 miles) long.

Standing on the large marble platform that is the 16th-century altar in Beijing where the emperor would make ritual sacrifices to the Sun, hundreds watched the penumbra. One man said: “I’m happy I stayed despite the clouds because I saw it and it was very impressive. This is a rare chance in someone’s life.”

In the Thai capital, Bangkok, dozens of monks led a mass prayer at a Buddhist temple to ward off what they said would be ill-effects.

The eclipse began in the Arabian Sea. The band of complete darkness first hit the western Indian state of Gujarat shortly before 6.30am local time. The shadow then raced at 15 times the speed of sound across the subcontinent before reaching Nepal and blacking out much of Bhutan. After clipping Bangladesh and crossing Burma, it moved on to China before hitting the ocean once more off Shanghai.

The trajectory is likely to have made it the most widely experienced eclipse in history, according to Nasa, with an estimated two billion people cast into total or partial darkness.

It was, however, the duration of the blackout that made this eclipse extraordinary. Over the Pacific Ocean the Sun disappeared for six minutes and 39 seconds, a duration that will not be matched until the year 2132.

this morning, my mum woke me up at 5.30a.m ... so i get change.. den i start thinking that why my phone didnt woke me up... and i see that my phone time was 5.35a.m and i tot that my phone spoil... den my mum went for work.. and a cup of soya drink.. after that i comb my hair.. my mum went back and tell me that she woke us up at 5.30... haha.. so i went back to sleep for 15 min.. den i went off to school... haha... going to rest liao... bye~ =)

YoYo!! Yesterday.. i had a great time... haha... let me tell how great was it...

Yesterday.. i wake up early in the morning to go tution.. hais... so tired.. feel like not going to tution.. feel like going to arcade with them and my fren, weiling & weixuan.. hias.. no choice.. i have to go tution.. So i went... tell you ah.. after tution something happen.. teacher tell me sth.. i was so surprized.. but i cant tell you all .. lol..

After that i quickly, went to the bus stop wait for bus 178 or 180 or 187 (i think so).. so i took one of the bus to fetch my brother home. Waited bus 241 for 5 to 6 min... hais.. i was so hurry and busy.. hais.. when i send him home, i quickly rush to meet zhang jun..

haha.. suddenly bus 241 was so pack.. haiz.. it was so small space for them to walk... when i reach pioneer(i dunnoe how to spell.. lol) busstop, alight together with zhang jun.. finally i was free of the pack.. wahahaha...

WE both took 1hr plus from pioneer to tenah merah(not sure was it correct) and den wait for 3 min train to expo..

when we reach expo, we both when to 7- eleven to buy 1 plaster cus my leg hurt... but there sell one box for 3 dollar.. I NO NEED THAT MUCH!! hais... so zhang jun call zhuo er to help me to plaster, but she didnt answer, so she call joshua to ask where are they and help me to ask who gt plaster.. haha.. so we waited and waited.. THEY FINALLY REACH.. waited for 1 hr.. haha.. so jin seng pass me two plaster..haha i was save!!

okok.. after that they all + joycelyn + tian yi CG bought their food in to eat.. haha i have a great time with this ppl celine, zhuo er, vanessa, zhang jun, weiling, weixuan, huiyu and myself.. haha...

Hey yo!! Haha... school just end...
Today, i was feeling so tired... whole day my head was soo pain... it was a terrible headache i have... You know why?? Let me tell you...
Yesterday, i slept at 10.30plus.. then i went to bed... and then i slept to morning 12.30.. plus my stomach was not feeling well, so i go and ate medicine... that moment i was feeling dizzy.. and i quickly went to bed.. i feel like vomit the medicine out... but i didnt.. and i wish that i would fell asleep.. after a few minute i fell asleep.. haha..
Now i was full of energy!! haha...

I hope that this sunday there will be alot of fren coming..
